We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Return Item' to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item, original certificates, and packaging into a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach our prepaid, insured shipping label to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
